Heater does not work, but when sitting in traffic it gets hot but as soon as you move goes cold again ,I want to now where the fuse is

I don't think your problem is a fuse,
Well not if you can hear the fan motor running.
From your description it sounds more like the thermostat is failed.

Try bleeding the cooling system by using the valves on the aluminium bleed rail just below header tank.
