Peugeot 207 1.4 2010. Occasionally all the warning lights come on and all the instruments and radio die when I go over a sharp bump. They come on again if I go over another bump. The engine diagnostic light stays on for a coupla days afterwards.

Sounds like a major earth or loose power lead, does the car die?
Check the battery connection and make sure the fuses are secure.
Also it might be an idea to get the code read but I think it may be a false positive in this case but you never know good luck
