2006 Peugeot 207 lights & wipers come on after turning engine off

Within a few minutes of turning the engine off and locking the car the Headlights & wipers come on and stay on resulting in running down the battery. Any suggestions on the cause and remedy.

Check the fuse box for signs of water getting in .

sounds like a bad earth connection somewhere check earth points
