2009 Peugeot 207 heater blowing cold air

My heater on my peugot 207 is only blowing out cold air. I've checked the fuse and it seems to e ok. Any ideas what could be wrong?

First thing to check would be coolant level .

If water ok then probably a problem with the heater ie hot to cold flap not functioning.
