2007 Peugeot 207 o/s wheel jumps on full lock

When I reverse or go forward on full lock my o/s wheel jumps and thuds instead of turning smothley can anyone help thanks

dont worry too much about this its the ackerman angle google for explanation a lot of cars do it and its not a fault . the inside wheel is turning at such an angle compaired to the outter tyres can loose grip.
