2008 Peugeot 207 esp warning lights on

When I start my car a warning comes on the main consul stating that the esp is faulty. This is followed by the warning light on the dash stopping on.
Is there a quick fix for this or is it a costly fault. The car is on an 08 plate but has only done 11300 miles

you need to get the codes read to make sure , but a common fault is master cylinder pressure switch this is a new abs controller cost about £1400 . but you can get them reconned for about £200 so check codes first. also some dealers have extended the warantee to 5 years on this item eg suzuki. read codes and repost
