Hi.
The fuse to the screen washer pump keeps blowing

Deffo frozen bottle. Better to blow the fuse than the pump - I would recommend keeping the wash bottle with a very high concentration of screenwash in it for abnormal winters, that way, it should hopefully stop the bottle freexing.
