Urea fault Nox sensor

Urea fault being the Nox sensor £500 repair. Been given 700 miles before engine shut down and need to use car daily garage didn't have part when they took it in to replace Nox sensor gave myself another date then cancelled a total of 3 months waiting for repair and have no car now.
