Intermittent fault when using AC sometimes displays" engine fault repair needed" and hear motor running full on

When using the air conditioner on cooling sometimes it displays "Engine fault repair needed" .It does not always displays this warning but I am sure that this warning is displayed when the air conditioner is on .I switch the air conditioner off and this warning does not come on again while driving .I also notice that a motor is heard running full speed in the engine compartment when it displays this warning.

Fan running full speed ,probably your noise,could be low gas level in air con system or a faulty sensor

Fan running at full speed and noise could be the DPF regenerating which it will do every so often and is perfectly normal . When in this cycle it draws a lot of power and if stationary you may also notice increase in engine heat but if driving not so much .
