2006 Peugeot 107 water leak

Hi i have a water leak in my 107 the n/s rear seat is wet and you can see the bottom of the rear pillar trim is damp so looks like the water could be coming in via the joint under the rubber on the roof is this possible and how easy is it to remove the rubber to check and seal

Try taping over the top of this trim to seal it ,this will tell you if you are in the right area.
