Haven't run car for a couple of weeks, jump started it today, left it running for a while, turned it off and now have bright ignition lights but car won't even try to turn over!

will it start again with jump leads if it does you need to get battery tested and charge rate of alternator dont expect an alternator to fully re-charge a flat battery it will just put in a surface charge your battery if ok will require a slow charge using a battery charger to bring it back to full strength
