Not starting

my car wont start, ive not used it much cos not passed my test yet. when i turn the key it sounds like normal but it wont start, sounds like its going to start.
is this a flat battery?

forgt to say, i have an immobiliser in the car and the alarm keeps going off while im doing this, could it be the immoboliser or jst the battery

jst tried it again and its not making much noise now when i turn the key. its like a chugging noise, only way i can describe it

it could be the battery as you have said but all i would say is remove the battery and place it on charge and when the battery has been on charge over night then put it back on the car nad see what happens as you havnt passed your test yet but the immobiliser could be the reason for the drain in the battery but see how you go with that and good luck when the big day comes
