1998 Peugeot 106 rattling exhaust

noticed there was a rattling noise from the exhaust.had a look and theres something flapping around by the cat.it had a complete new exhaust system 6 month ago.ive been told it could be the heat pan come loose and kwik fit wanted to change the cat without having a proper look underneath at it. any advice?

Might well be heat shield loose / broken off .Could try another tyre, exhaust centre to see if if it could be refitted / tack welded back in place .
