1999 Peugeot 106 juddering when warm

Hi just brought my 106 1.1 and was fine for a week or 2 but has now developed a problem.
Basically when you start the car it's fine until it's warm say after about 30 mind,
Now the car will loss power if you take your foot of the accelerator, but if you put it back on it jerks and then carry on if you keep a constant speed.
Also if you turn the car off and back on its ok for about 5 mins and then starts again.
Changed plugs.
Really could use some help.

Check / replace coil pack ?
