Peugeot 106 not starting/engine managment light.

CAR WAS NOT STARTING
had relay switch replaced,
RUNNING ROUGH, CUTTING OUT, CHUGGING, REVVING IN NEUTRAL,MISFIRING,
garage replaced
3 coils
3 ECU units
spark plugs
PICKED CAR UP TODAY AND NOT STARTING AGAIN.
at wits end, any ideas would be gratefully accepted.
