Springy noise all the time

Car: Peugeot 106
Year: 2002
Variant: 1.1 Independence Petrol

Everytime I use the car it makes a noise that sounds like a springy sort of sound underneath the car, the car also sqeaks when i turn corners

Is it front or back ,they are quite bad for front driveshaft joint,s failing but normally make a clicking noise.also check springs are intact .
