Electric windows stopped working

This is my granddaughters car the model name is independence, windows were working fine but then stuck in half open position, as it will be winter soon would love to sort this problem for her. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check fuses first may just be one blown.

as above if blown make sure glass not tight in window channels causing motor to overload
