2002 Peugeot 106 clutch pedal on floor all the time

my daughters car has been stood for a month or so, i went to move it but clutch pedal stuck to the floor unable to select gear can any body help thanks

Either the clutch cable has snapped or come disconnected. That is assuming it is a cable operated clutch. Otherwise if it is hydraulically operated, then either the seals have gone in one of the cylinders or the cylinder needs replacing...
