1999 Peugeot 106 air bag light comes on and probs start

I have recently experianced this prob with air bag light coming on when that happens stereo goes off, head lights brighten and car losses power. its all withing minutes of air bag light then when lights dim and air bag light goes off everything goes back to normal,
can anyone give me advice please?

A code read on the airbag (srs) should give you some idea whats going on
