2004 Peugeot 1007 centre console display

I want to turn off the display in the Centre Console above the Radio. The instruction manual would suggest taking out fuse F4 - but with this fuse out the Car will not start. Any suggestions or alternatively how do I get behind the console to unplug its communication cable.

why? but as a suggestion why dont you just cover it up if it annoys you that much ,maybe put some tape over it then it will be no problem to put back to normal
