2007 Peugeot 1007 just purchased it won’t start.stop light and battery bulbs lit on dash. new battery installed. went fine. now doesn’t start.

Variant: 1600 sport. Petrol.
Been off road prior to me purchasing. Car working fine. Replaced Petrol Cap, that was hard to release. No problems. Tried to start it next day, not turning over. Engine starter not turning. Battery is new. Plenty of fuel, oil water. Also Radiator rattling needs tightening.

Confirm your new battery voltage , check alternator charging rate .Simple 5 mins test .
