Abs light flashes on and off

Abs light started flashing but was not continuies abs starts to kick in then I'm unable to break, had diagnostic test done but wouldn't read Iv since had the drivers side censer done but I'm still having the same problem besides that when I change gear car is over revving and starts picking up speed on its own been to 3 garages and they our unable to diagnose problem can anyone help as I'm at my whits end with it thanks guys

Have you had it checked out / scanned by a Peugeot dealer ? Over revving when changing gear could be clutch slipping .
