Cant open petrol cap

Hi, I cant open the petrol cap to my 107.Ive tried WD40.The cap appears to be stuck and wont open. Tried the key etc etc Please Help! Any suggestions? Is this a fault on 107's?

I have heared of this the only answer i have is to drill the lock out and remove the cap that way messy but i know of no other answer

robin is right apart from brute force and ignorance this is the only way if drilling your self be carefull about getting the swarf into the tank
