1993 Nissan Sunny loud noise from engine by belts when ticking over

My mums car has nearly had its day but im determined to keep it going a bit longer! I've fixed a few problems but now have encountered a loud noise which she thought was a loose exhaust. When i got under the car it seems to be coming from where the belts are. It makes the noise when idling and moving and sounds like rattling loose bolts in a vibrating metal tin! Please help!!!

Not sure whats fitted on that year , but if it has a timing chain that could be your trouble . Could also be water pump .
