2012 Nissan Serena gearbox problem

My nissan serena jerks when i remove my foot from the accelerator especially when going through bumps, but immediately i stop and turn off the engine then i turn it on again, the problem is gone until when i will be going through a bump again.. Please advise

Sounds more like an engine misfire rather than g/ box . Many causes , plugs , ignition coil pack to name two usual faults

After scanning it gives the following error codes

You need to take it to a automatic gearbox specialist for examination and report .
