2020 Nissan Serena can’t open the door with remote control after 2 months of idling. the remote control has working battery.

Have checked the battery power in the remote but no reaction from the car after pressing the door open button. The car has not been moved for 1 and half month.

More than likely the car battery is flat and needing recharged
