2009 Nissan Qashqai warning diagnostic,...-4621

Nothing to do with service maintenance , oil change due . mileage trip ? Could scroll through menu settings and see if anything shows . Dont think it is a fault code

Thanks for your reply,i also have airbag warning light flashing, so it could be to do with that, seen a solution on "How to mend it.com"....so going to try cleaning underseat connectors, then going thru the "mississippi"reset operation.....

Different ball game when you have airbag warning also .
Never heard of "mississippi"reset operation.

It's helped quite a few,=Turn key off to on,watch airbag light it will stay on as soon as it blinksturn key off,count to 5 (1 mississippi 2 mississippi...,repeat twice more,...turn key on it will blink in a slower manner..(diagnostic mode)wait a little while......turn key off,count to 5 again (as above) ...turn back on.....if worked airbag light won't flash..(supposedly)...if no joy clean electric points under the seats (wd40)....try again......

So it's just someones system for reading codes / resetting the light . Scanning with a decent code reader will usually reveal what has triggered the light with a fault codes /s . Broken wires and faulty connections under the seat were a common fault on older models a few years back .
