2012 Nissan Qashqai battery issues

ok so few months ago had issues with battery going flat fully charged battery would be ok a week then flat again. i have a smart charge that conditons the battery so took battery of did full condition again 10 days later flat went to charge it but would not charge, changed battery and this was ok for 6 weeks then battery was low fully charged ok for a month, now have to charge battery weekly. is it the alternator

Get your battery load tested also alternator output .If all o.k check for parasitic drain .
