Power steering fluid leaki that seems to be quite bad and leaving a patch of fluid on the ground and making a squealing noise as I turn the steering wheel
from side to side. Is it possible to use the fluid with the stop leak to solve this?

Your are better to get it checked out for leak , squealing noise could be the pump or belt . Doubt any stop leak type of fluid would work , I never advocate their use
