Won't start or turn over

I have replaced the battery and alternator but the car won't turn over once I put the new battery it started but the battery light was on so I replaced alternator and since then it won't start

Are you hearing the starter motor spinning when key turned? or clicking from the starter motor solenoid or, relay switch in engine fuse box? (2 people needed)

Yeah can hear it clicking but it won't go any further I have tried to jump it with my other car and still nothing I have aa breakdown cover but when they come out said it was alternator so I replaced and still having the same issue

Insufficient power from battery. Check your"e cables are sound and connections are clean and tight.
