Mitsubishi Pajero Starter Motor Problems

car wouldnt start seemed to be no power from batteries. 2 new batteries fitted, 3 weeks later same problem has occured, not enough power to turn engine over.

engine wont start when i turn egnition key i hear a tick tick tick noise going on have charged battery and head lights do come on so there is power but just wont turn over
