The vehicle gets stuck in 4X4 and won't release. Is there any help?

try replacing the transmission oil first and see how you go but failing that you will have to consult a automatic transmission specialist to get the problem sorted

You sometimes have to reverse a few yards to release the interlock on the older models, a clunk will be heard when it disengages.
