1994 Mitsubishi Pajero wont start

the car will turn over but fails to start . found that fuel pump doesnt run and distributor will not spark . i have check fuel pump by wiring it direct to battery and it works , also eliminated the immobiliser and alarm .

either a fuse... bad earth or ECU faulty
