1993 Mitsubishi Pajero fitting a tow bar

I intend fitting a tow bar to a 93 Pajero - is there any more to it than bolting on and connecting the electrics? Is connecting the electrics straight forward (plug in), or would I need to get a garage to do it? Thanks

You get full fitting instructions with any tow bar and electrical socket you buy
