The speedo only works some times

when i go in the car the speedo indicator works some times . i had a ANDERSON PLUG FITTED 2 the car for the fridge in the caravan . the auto electrician conected it to the ignition .could this be the reason .also having problems with the car radio.could they be related .thank you for any help you can provide.jack

I would be inclined to think the speedo fault would be more likely to be caused by a faulty speed sensor . I don't know what the problems with the radio are , so cant help there .
