Has 160000km, barely makes it up to 80km, going up hills like 30km. Have ran many injectors cleaners, replaced injectors, took apart intake, egr, exhaust manifold, and turbo. All were normally dirty, but still cleaned them. Im stumped to what this could be please help, any advice helps

Engine worn ? checked compressions ? fuel-pressure regulator ?

Havent checked compressions, but it does have a lot of blow by. Is the fuel regulator located on the intake, and how would i adjust it?

Check the crankcase breather filter / hose .

Theres lots of oil coming from it, but i have it disconnected from the air intake, i dont see a filter im assuming i’ll have to check under the cover right?

More then likely it's compressions,
"blow by" partly a clue,
And low compressions mean unburnt fuel so black smoke.
