2006 Mitsubishi Pajero engine miss

When in park and neutral, engine runs smoothly. When in drive or reverse, the engine runs unevenly. As if the plugs doesn't fire. When accelerate it misses. I've changed the plugs and cleaned the petrol filter. When I drive to reach 120, it misses all the way. When reaching 120, I have to take my foot of the accelerator very slowly. Then it you can feel the engine is running smoothly. When it has to climb a hill, it starts to miss again

Hi after plugs. I would look at leads and coil packs. If your engine light is on get it scanned .
