1995 Mitsubishi Pajero smoke from engine and shuddering block

Driving at 100kmh and the car engine block started to shake followed by grey smoke from engine bay. Oil, and water are fine. Could this be fuel blockage or timing?? Plugs all sparking fine and car starts fine but instantly shakes violently.

Check the cambelt hasn't shifted or jumped.Get the cylinder head gasket checked for leakage.
I'd recommend not driving it in that condition, till a mechanic has looked at it properly.

Sounds like more of a misfire issue if the engine is shaking around.
