WHEN STARTING EVERY MORNING IT SPLUTTERS AND STRUGGLES TO RUN AND SOMETIMES CUTS OUT,IVE NOTICED THAT THE THE REV COUNTER NEEDLE IS ONLY JUST ABOVE 2 QUATER MARKS UP SO ITS IS NOT CLOSE TO THE 1 MARK,AFTER RUNNING DOWN THE ROAD FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES THE NEEDLE WILL THEN BE WHERE IT SHOULD BE AROUND THE 1 MARK,I MENTIONED THIS PROBLEM EARLIER BUT FORGOT TO MENTION THE REV COUNTER NEEDLE,CAN U HELP PLEASE.DENBO.
