1995 Mitsubishi FTO gearbox problem?

Need help please. Not had my fto too long. Absolutely brilliant car. Recent problem is: when in drive, or tiptronic, the car jumps slightly when changing from 4th to 3rd. It is fine every other gear change. Even from 3rd to 4th ????

Best bet to get it scanned and see what shows or see a local auto . trans specialist for advice .
