blower fan inside car not coming on but aircon unit seems to be working.at first they would come on and go off and go on by themslf now they just wont go on

check your fuses and wiring connecions to blower motor and heater resistor,does the blower motor work on highest speed?check the wiring to the a/c compressor and check you have enough gas in a/c system

is it possible the lack of gas in a/c system would stop an electric fan coming on?

depends on the system,low gas in a/c system will stop compressor clicking in,it should`nt stop the blower motor inside car from working though
