1998 Mitsubishi Carisma starting problem

I have starting problem for the first few minutes. The engine gets off automatically. If i drove for approx 500 yards its running normally. If i parked the car for approx more than 2 hrs againg the problem started.
My CD player automatically changes the song and it keep on changing and its not playing.;
If i switch into radio it keep on scanning and not playing if i hold any buttons its functioning for sometime and again it goes into problem
Could you tell me how to rectify it?

Check / replace engine coolant temp sensor .Radio/ cd may have a fault with memory or be knacked . Best to get any local car audio centre or shop to have a quick look and advise , usually foc .
