There is always a 2 minute delay before the wiper blades com on, tho 2 minus does not sound like a long time this can be embarrassing if you in a garage when people are waiting behind you and you cannot pull off because it is raining heavily and you have to wait 2 minutes after starting the engine before the wipers will come on.
