when pressing swich rear headrests not work and air cap will not retract but rear seats work ok when pressing seperatye swith on console when car locked and open drivers door aircap moves up and down and stays up

Cant give you a definitive answer , have heard some have been fixed with a software update , others it was costing upwards of £ 1500 .
