2007 Mercedes Benz E Class rumbling front suspension

got a rumbling noise on nearside front particularly on rough surface or even slight pothole it is a vibrating noise that you can feel and hear. took it to garage last week and they fitted a new bottom ball joint to nearside suspension but it has made no difference,they even tried removing covers from under car to see if anything was vibrating,can anyone help it is driving me nuts.

Long shot, did they check the acyual suspension spring?? Also dont forget, when you push down on the
suspension it should not be bouncy. If it is, then it could well be the spring.
