Fuel flap

The fuel flap won't open. Tried just about everything, but still won't open. Have enough fuel for now, but won't last long.

Usually an emergency release toggle in the boot?

As above , usually info in owners h/book .Also check in h/book if this is covered by a seperate fuse .

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately there is no emergency release lever in the boot. Have checked the fuse layout and there isn't a separate fuse for the fuel cover. Can't believe that Mercedes would produce a car without a backup cure. The handbook gives no advice at all.
