2010 Mercedes Benz B Class air conditioning not working

We have had a new compressor pump and new condenser fitted and is working properly, however the air conditioning is still not working, It is an electrical problem. We had an engineer with Mercedes software on his laptop but he could not find the problem, but it worked when his laptop controlled it. He didn't charge us as he could not find the answer to our problem. Any ideas?

when you press the AC button does it flash at all? turn straight off or stay on?

After 4yrs since posting , I think it will be fixed now . Doubt you will get an answer !!!!
