2000 Mercedes Benz A Class nozzle no.3 do not work

My Ben A160,when you start there is a big mis then you start to move it is stop.My technician told me nozzel No.3 do not work,am not sure please help me to fix it

You seem to doubt your " technician " on this post and your other post about the Nissan .Maybe you snould change your " technician " .
