2005 Mazda Verisa leak in boot

I've found a leak in the boot of my 2005 Mazda Verisa which is causing water to flood my spare wheel and is beginning to rust the area. We've run the hose over the outside and can't see any noticeable leaks coming in, but it appears to be pooling around the bumper area and draining into the spare wheel area. We suspected perhaps through the lights so we've sealed around the rears lights but it hasn't solved the issue.
Any suggestions?
