Car swings but doesn't start

Head gaskets were changed recently but after that the car doesn't start. All it does is swing but not starting at all.

Dont know why the head gasket was changed , whether it was pressure tested and checked before fitting . If the other work that is normally needing done when a repair like that is carried out was done r . Too many possibilities to really advise .
